Authorization problem

When I try to authorize my laptop, I get the following message:  Activation Server error.  I've tried multiple times, plus uninstalled & downloaded the program again.  Any ideas on how to solve the problem?

I've tried ctrl.shift D, but it hasn't worked. Attached is a picture of

the screen I get when trying to authorize; I haven't had luck in trying to

post the picture...
