Hello everyone!

 

I am trying to open an Adobe Content Server Message file on Adobe Digital Editions, but it does not let me do it. 

 

I have tried all the possible options. I have contacted Your support chat, and we have reset my password, I have cleared cookies and cache from my computer, and tried to open my ebook file. It does not let me authorize anything. I type in my Adobe ID and password, and it does not work.
