Barnes and Noble UK ebooks

?Hello I have purchased quite a lot of ebooks from Barnes and Noble UK directly onto my Nook Simple Touch Glowlight via wifi. These purchased ebooks have never been visible in Adobe Digital Editions when I connect the Nook to my computer via USB. Is there a way to transfer these ebooks to my Adobe Digital Editions Library. Thanks
