blank pages/no content

     After downloading provided content (a "loan" for 14 days) I can't read a page: all are blank. is there something I need to do? ADE 4.5/Mac (El Capitan) thanks.

Closed Digital Edition.
Rename My Digital Edition to My Digital Edition.old in Folder My Digital Edition.
Start Digital Edition again.

Download again.
