Bonjour, j'essai de télécharger un livre de la bibliothèque nationale où je suis abonnée et ça ne fonctionne pas. Le message suivant s'affiche: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12 et c'est impossible, parce que je peux le lire sur mon téléphone. QUE FAIRE?
