Does anyone know if Kobo N647 eReader is still supported by ADE? I am able to add ebooks borrowed from the library to my book shelf and read them on my windows 10 laptop. I can copy them to my Kobo device as well, but if I try to read them there they are locked. I've tried the troubleshooting steps of removing the book, and the authorization for both the eReader and my computer, even re-installed ADE, but the DRM doesn't seem to work to allow me to read borrowed titles on the Kobo N647. Maybe it's just too old an eReader (2010 model). I've also done all of the above steps after factory-resetting the Kobo N647.
I was able to solve this by deauthorizing, uninstalling ADE 4, installing ADE 3 (had to get the download link from ADE support agent after explaining I had an older, unsupported Kobo). Needed also to delete a Windows 10 registry key that held the authorization associated with ADE4, but that maybe could have been avoided had I rebooted my Windows system after uninstalling 4 and prior to installing ADE 3. But now, at last I can load borrowed library content onto my old Kobo from ADE.
