Can'd download ebooks to Adobe Digital Editions after getting a new computer

Hi, I'd really appreciate if someone could help me download ebooks from the library to my ADE. Since getting a new computer, it¨s no longer working. No ebooks show up and I don't understand what's wrong since it worked so well on my old computer.
