Can not access purchase!

I purchased a play from Playscripts in May and was able to open it and read it.  I am now trying to open the play and it is asking for an authorization or an adobe ID.  I made an ID today and it says it will not authorize.  I tried your chat and they said I have no other ID and could not help me and I now can not access this play that I paid for!
