Hello,
I have purchased a textbook through my school and it was working fine until i had to uninstall and re install the ADE. (It lets me login to Adobe on the web but will not take it on the ADE).When i go and click on my ebook it tells me i require authorization. It will not take the password i created. When i chated with support it said it was linked to my school email but i do not have access to it. I need to get into my textbook and it seems a password reset is needed.
