I am trying to open a document I downloaded to my iPad using the Bluefire Reader and it is asking for my AdobeID and password.
I am able to access this forum with my AdobeID and password, but I get an error message when I try to open a document using Bluefire saying "The ID your entered was not found or the password was incorrect." I have tried reentering the account address and password several times and I get the same error message every time.
I was going to try changing my account password but the avatar does not give me that option and I don't know how to reach an administrator to change my password.

I have solved this problem by resetting my password on my Mac and then using the new password on Bluefire.
