can´t authorize computer

Hello,

I bought some ebooks, but I need DE to read them, so I tried to authorize my computer, but it gives me error "wrong user ID and/or password", although I can log in on the Adobe website with these user&password. Has anybody a solution? Thanks a lot.

I had a similar problem. To ensure I wasn't making a typo, I used cut/paste. When that didn't work, I asked to reset my password (from within ADE). It actually took doing this twice before I got a working user id/password combination working both within ADE and on Adobe's web site.
