Can't authorize purchased materials from home

I purchased online materials from an educational website, but I cannot access them from home.  I have contacted the company and they have said that I need to authorize my home computer.  I have tried all of my emails and the trouble shooting steps with no success.  I do not remember initially authorizing my work computer.  I contacted Adobe and had an online chat with a representative who directed me to ask my question here.  What can I do not to access my materials from home?
