can't download a book.

I am unable to download a book I borrowed from the library I get a message: Unable to download. Error getting licence. Licence serI am ver communication problem. E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED. It worked 3 weeks ago so I don't know what the problem is. Can someone help?
