Can't transfer ebook from ADE to Sony e reader. Help!

I have downloaded ADE onto my computer and authorised with Adobe ID.  The e book was downloaded onto the software but I can't transfer the book onto my Sony e reader prs T1.

Customer care is useless and directed me to the forum.

Any one know how this shit works?
