cannot return a borrowed item

Hi, I have downloaded and read the ebook , but when i click right on the item, the return item part of menu is not allowed ( shaded in grey instead of black ) and doesnt work.

I tried with a second book and its going weel, i downloaded from library , read it and returned without problem.

please help me

Check if the return for the eBook possible. Sometimes old Books have the option not.
