HOw to change the email or recover the password if I can't acces anymore the email used to register?

I Need to read books in a brazilian app from a bookstore and for that i need the adobe id.

what hepens is that i forgot the password and don't use anymore the email. If i would use it i would be able to receive the recover password email from adobe.

so, i need change the password or the email in order to reade the books.

any suggestion besides chatting with an adobe assistant?
