I have been trying to add a post regarding transferring a download from library (acsm) to my kobo). Nowhere can a find an area to post my request?? Finding your community help area vary hard to navigate🥵🥵

why won't adobe digital editions transfer my kobo ebook
I am being told that i do not have permission
The message I get when trying to copy to my kobo is CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - no permission to copy the book
ADE tells me my kobo is authorized
