Continually getting an Authorization Server Error when trying to authorize my computer

I have authorized previous devices to my Adobe digital editions, but my last laptop crashed and so when I tried to authorize on my new laptop I keep getting an authorization server error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and basically everything I can think of. I'm unsure how to proceed as Adobe chat sent me to billing and billing sent me here.

 

Please help!
