I know its old but I am retired from business and can't now afford the constant upgrades, CS3 illustrator asked me to reinstall the sofware from disk which i did with all the right codes and previous version codes etc. activated it as it asked and it confirmed to me it was a success but now it looks like its loading, goes through to the welcome page with what sort of job do you wantt to do and then a blank white window comes up which can only be minimised, but all menus are greyed out and I can only force quit it.. any ideas anybody?
Adobe chat wouldnt help said it (or I was it me they meant 
) was too old! I said it was expenisve for us retired folk to keep updating like we did when we worked....
