We have Adobe Content Server which we use to sell customers DRM protected PDFs. Lately we have had a number of customers who are unable to turn pages unless they turn the page, exit the book, then re-open it. These seem to always be customers with new computers.
I know Adobe doesn't support customers with the free Adobe Digital Editions app. Can they support customers of Adobe Content Server who want their customers to be able to turn pages in their books?! I know ACS is the best in breed for protecting our eBook content, it is a shame to have such a great product ruined by the reading app.

I had the same problem. I got help from ADE support. The support guys was REALLY HELPFUL! He had me check for new drivers (my laptop is a Dell, 2 months old running Windows 11). He was particularly interested in the Graphics drivers. Anyway, we downloaded and installed all 8 as recommended by Dell and ADE turns pages!
(Before this I'd unauthorized, uninstalled and reinstalled ADE - no change with that. It was the drivers on my laptop.)
