Hi, I was able to fix my problem by searching other old community posts, I fixed it by following the attatched screenshot of the post

Hi Amanda - thanks. I have a Mac and the instructions for the Mac are cut off at the bottom of the attachment.
Sorry but I have looked an am unable to find the post I got that information from again?
