Deauthorize document from other ID?

Okay it tells me the document i am trying to open is already in use by another user? what do i do to deauthorize that user from opening?

You can nothing. Access to this has only the reseller of the eBook. If it linked with a wrong Adobe ID you need a new download of the Reseller.
