I installed ADE on my iPhone (iOS 13.4.1) and the application tells me that the username and password are incorrect (tried it more than once). The app still works on my older phone and iPad as well on my Mac, but those are not new installs.
I installed other Adobe apps on the phone without a hitch. What's going on?
Should I just forget it and get the Bluefire reader? How do I sync all my books to it?

Well, after waiting for what seems forever, nobody has responded confirming my impression that this forum is just an exercise in futility.
In case somebody is looking for a solution to the problem I stated before, DE won't authorize a device if your account has two-factor authentication (2-FA) enabled.
Disable 2-FA and authorize DE on your device. Enable 2-FA afterwards.
