digital reader 3.0 will not download e-books from public library have book in my basket when download is pressed just flashes once and stays on page

have used this in the past when on 2.0 edition but library updated thier page and now won't download have reinstalled 3.0 reader but won't connect to public library page just flashes and won't download have accepted books from kobo but this is expensive@
