Digitaledition erkennt E-Reader nicht mehr

Ich habe auf dem Labtop neu Windows 10. Nun erkennt das Programm meinen E- Reader nicht mehr. Wenn ich ihn einstecke sieht man das Gerät nicht und danach kann ich auch Digital Edition nicht neu starten. Habe auch schon deinstalliert und neu installiert
