Document downloaded not able to view on any other device via logging into Adobe account

Hi, 

 

I needed to Adobe Digital Editions to download a document however I needed to be able to view on any device which required to register to adobe and then download the application which i have done. The document has downloaded and is viewable on a laptop however when i want to view it on another laptop of Iphone by signing into adobe, I cannot view the document in my Library. Please can you help on how i can get this document accessible to all devices by logging into to Adobe ASAP.
