Document is licensed for a different user account

Hello,

How can I know with which user I oppened the file the first time?

I think (I don't remember) I firstly opened the file without a user account but I formatted the computer and now I can't open the resultant .pdf neither the .acsm file.

Please help me to solve it or at least to check the user I used the first time.
