downloaded books in DE format will not open in app on PC. The DE window will open but there will be nothing inside.

I recently downloaded DE to use an e-book I purchased on my PC.

The book downloads and is instructed to open in DE. The DE app window pops up, but there is no book, and I am unable to move the book to the app.

The DE is authorized.
