Downloading library books

I have a new computer and I am unable to get the ebook from the library to my nook. I have downloaded the reader and media on demand but am unable to get the book to my nook.

I have Adobe editions reader. It has all the books I read from my old computer. I can't download on my new computer. Don't know what to do about that.
