How do I get help resolving this issue.  I cannot get support to answer me back.  I cannot even get a case number.  please help.  I have submitted web request several times and chat support tells me that this can only be resolved with a web request.  I will soon have to buy another device that does not use Adobe as the licensing entity.  This is ridiculous that I cannot even use my device because of some stupid glitch with Digital Editions not authorizing the device and it being ultimately an Adobe problem.  I can't believe there is no way to reset this without intervention from Adobe and obviously their support is horrific.  At least Adobe reader works...big whoop.

Chat is not the same as a Web request (even though they both use the Web).

To get support for Digital Editions go to http://www.adobe.com/support/digitaleditions and click on "Submit a web request"
