E book problems

So when I try downloading a E book I purchased from Human Kinetics – Physical Activity and Health Publisher I get a pop up that says, " the settings on this page are not applicable to google chrome or chromium based browsers"

There is a link to Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Website Storage Settings panel  , but still nothing I change allows me to download the e book.

I've been at this for hours!!!! someone please help.
