error message : "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" say that ebook are linked with other adobe id or with empty authoirze. Often it happens when you try to download a eBook before authoirze the reader or Digital Edition. Then the only help is get a new download of your Reseller.
