E_LIC_CONNECTION_PROBLEM !

yesterday I bought an ebook and I have to open it with Adobe Digital Edition, the file didnt work and it kept saying "E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN" ..

I tried to open the file again today but a new massage has appeared and it says :"E_LIC_CONNECTION_PROBLEM"

I dont know what is the problem ? how can I fix this ?!
