I was told to write here since the Adobe chat support refused to help me because this isn't a paid product (ridiculous and I'm incredibly frustrated). Can anyone help me? When I try adding an .acsm file bought from BPP I get

E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR

This is only the case for that particular ebook??????

help please?
