End notes

I just borrowed an Adobe Digital edition of Dreadnought by Robert K. Massie from my library. It has a bunch of endnotes. From the end notes I can click on the little number and get back to the text, but I can't see any easy way to get from the text to the end notes. Do I have to do something special to display the citation numbers, or what?
