I have A Mac computer. I have tried all suggestions to erase activation, but no luck. I have No idea what the log in or password is from my account. Is there anything else I can do?My adobe account is activated with computer but when I try to use Cloud Library it says I need to activate computer. When I enter my adobe info it comes up with a error message. So frustrated.
