Ich denke, die erste ist sehr wahrscheinlich das Problem in Ihrem Fall sein, aber immer schwer zu sagen .
Der zweite hilft oft .

Manchmal ADE bekommt seine Registrierung / Aktivierung verwirrt und in einem semi- autorisierten Zustand .
Deinstallation und Neuinstallation hilft nicht.
Leider ist es dann oft irref�hrende Fehlermeldungen �ber das, was falsch ist.
Eine gemeinsame falsche Meldung informiert Sie, dass die ID bereits verwendet wird auf einem anderen Computer und kann nicht wiederverwendet werden.
Dies kann oft durch das vollst�ndige Entfernen keine Genehmigung mit Strg -Shift -D , um im Bildschirm Bibliothek auf ADE (cmd -shift- D , wenn auf dem Mac ) gel�st werden.
Starten ADE und dann neu aktivieren mit Ihrer ( alten ) Adobe ID .
In extremen F�llen kann auf dem Mac hat die folgenden zus�tzlichen Schritt einige Leute geholfen. Navigieren Sie zu / Users / / Library / Application Support / Adobe / Digital Editions und ziehen Sie den activation.dat Datei in den Papierkorb . ( Sie k�nnen sie beide auf einmal , wenn Sie m�gen installiert.)

Es scheint ( nicht 100% sicher ) , dass, wenn Sie ADE2.0 als neue Installation (nicht als Upgrade ) installieren , dass Ihr 1.7.2 wird weiterhin ausgef�hrt .
Wahrscheinlich am besten , nein zu sagen , wenn 2.0.x Installation gefragt, ob Sie Ihre Bibliothek migrieren m�chten.

Two genera lsuggestions.
I think the first is quite likely to be the problem in your case, but always difficult to tell.
The second often helps.

Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.
Unfortunately, it often then gives misleading error messages about what is wrong.
A common incorrect message informs you that the ID is already in use on another computer and cannot be reused.
This can often be resolved by completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to the Library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your (old) Adobe ID.
In extreme cases on the mac, the following extra step has helped some people. Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash. There are lots of bugs in ADE2.0 (and 2.0.1). Try replacing ADE2.0 with the older but more reliable v1.7.2.
(You can have them both installed at once if you like.)
Version 1.7.2, it is a little difficult to find, available on Adobe site for Windows and for Mac.

Some people have found ADE trying to upgrade automatically.
It appears (not 100% sure) that if you install ADE2.0 as a new install (not as an upgrade) that your 1.7.2 will continue to run.
Probably best to say no if 2.0.x installation asks if you want to migrate your library.
