On 98% of my downloaded library books, Digital Editions opens them just fine. Every once in awhile, though, a book won't open and I get the Error: Check Activation pop up.
Other suggestions have said that uninstalling and reinstalling, deactivating and reactivating, or editing the registry and reactivating will fix it. None of that works for me and the error is not consistent. For example, if I have three new books to open, the first one loads fine, the second gets the error message, and the third loads without issue. So clearly it is not an activation problem. What is it? I'd like to get these books read before my loan expires.
