Buongiorno.

Ho acquistato un e-book protetto da DRM. Effettuando il download del file URLLink.acsm appare la finetra "Error! Check Activation!

Ho effettuato diversi tentativi tipo:

• disinstallare ADE
• reinstallare ADE
• disattivare il Firewall
• disattivare l'antivirus

non sono riuscito a deautorizzare il pc, non viene mostrata la possibilità in MENU/AIUTO/...

non è possibile deautorizzare nemmeno usando la combinazione dei tasti

qualcuno può darmi un mano?

Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state..

Try completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).

Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your Adobe ID.
