Error Downloading several books

I keep getting the below error when downloading my RPLU digital books. I was able to download one, but I can't get the other 20.

 

"Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_DUPLICATE_TRANSACTION_ID"

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
