Error: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Hello,

few days ago I bought an ebook. I downloaded this ebook before my computer was authorized via my Adobe ID. I was able to read the book on my computer but was not able to send it to my Cybook reader. I am not very familiar with ADE software so I thought that when I will authorize my computer via my Adobe ID, I would be able to copy my ebook to my reader. So I did. As a result I am not able to open the book neither with or without my Adobe ID now. Always this error occures: Error getting licence - E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFULLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. Is there any solution please? I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thank you very much.

I have this issue as well, have purchased a book on hive.co.uk and cannot open it same error message, have contacted Adobe live chat and cannot assist, said he was from billing? any advice please, cannot open on laptop or phone
