Error “E_LIC_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER”

Hi, i'm in trouble. I'm tring to download a book, but i got che problem signed below.
I'm using just one pc; i followed the instructions (de-authoruze and re-authorize, and re-download the file), but still not working.

Have you download the eBook befor you authoizre Digital Edition the first?
The error say that you eBook linked with a other adobe ID as the Programm authorize at moment.

I think yes. I already asked for another link of the downolad of the book, but they didn't answer so far.
Are there other solutions?

For this case are this the only solution. You and Adobe have no access to the eBook. So its can solved only buy the seller with a new Download.
