Am trying to download a book from a publisher but keep getting this message:

Error getting Licence. License Server Communication Problem: E_Stream_Error

Any way around it?

Am using version ADE 4.5.1

E_Stream_Error is a problem with the Download server. Try to redownload with the other Browser. If this not help should contact the reseller to check her server.
