Hi,

I am getting this error when I am trying to download the Adobe ebook with Adobe Digital Edition.

Error getting license

License server communication problem:

E_LIC_RESOURCE_ITEM_UNKNOWN

and also the follwoing error is faced

Error creating backup file:\\homrsvr\HOME\LBSZK\My DigitalEditpions\backup_manifest.xml
Error detail: Error #2038

E_LIC_RESOURCE_ITEM_UNKNOWN is caused by a misconfiguration on wherever you got the book from.  You will need to contact their technical support to get it straightened out.
