I am trying to open an ebook just purchased from Guilford Press. I keep getting an ‘Error getting License. License Sever Communication Problem: E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR’. Guilford Press are insistent that this is an issue to be sorted with Adobe. Very frustrating. Have used adobe edtions for uni books before. Computer is a PC with windows 8, it is authorized, I’m logged in. I was using google chrome but also copied URL and tried in explorer in case there were issues there. Have spent $80 on a professional book and need to use it ASAP. I am looking for a way to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
