Error message: can't connect to fulfilment centre

Hi,

I'm trying to download Blackstones Criminal Practice 2017. I keep getting the error message 'Connection Error Detected. Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfilment centre'. I am having no internet issues. Can anyone help?
