I have the problem of not being able to recall my password. I updated my email address on my Adobe Account, however it does not change the email address on the ADE account. The ADE email address is no longer activated. Was told there is no support for ADE.

Mine is a Mac too. Although I received the error message last night and didn't update my Mac until today so I was getting the error before update

There is no Adobe support for this app. I have been communicating via Chatline & email. The chatline I have been told is for billing issues.
The response also states,"We ask the users to post the query on forums where the experts will answer the query."
