Hello,
I receive the error E_ADEPT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS when trying to authorize Adobe Digital Editions on my computer / e-reader.
I have only used one computer and one e-reader. Even so, the system indicates that I have exceeded the activation limit.
Could someone please tell me how to reset the activation counter for my Adobe ID? I have tried to contact technical support without success, and the virtual assistant does not provide any solution.
