Everytime i try to download an ebook (acsm file) from RS Means i get an Unable to download message that says: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:  E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED.  I have verified my adoble account and authorized my computer.  Any help would be great!!
