Failed - too many activations message

I bought a e-book which I downloaded on my old cell phone. I opened the e-book in Aldiko reader. The app asked me to authorize my book my adding a DRM account. To do so, I had to put an AdobeID account, which I did. Then, I downloaded my book on a second device, which it is my tablet.

 

I know that if you don't have an active subcription, you can only have your book download on two devices. Once you do that, you can only open your book in one device at a time.

 

I bought a new cell phone. I need to desauthorize on one of my device, so I can read my book on my new device.

 

I did many researches. It says you need a reset from Adobe ID. I go to the chat support to tell them that I need reset, and they say to come here to get that reset... which I don't where to find the person here to get my reset... 

 

Where do I go for that reset?
